Please note:
- All prices are in Canadian dollars and an additional 5% G.S.T. will be added to your total.
- All bookings less than 28 days are subject to tourism tax of 4%
- A cleaning fee of $85.00 one bedroom $100.00 two bedroom and $125.00 three bedroom house will be added to each booking.
- When you book we expect payment for half of the total amount as a deposit.
- Deposit is non-refundable. We accept Mastercard or Visa.
- An authorization of $ 500.00 will be taken upon arrival as a damage deposit
- Arrivals expected after 3 P.M. and departures by 10.00 A.M.
- No arrivals on Sundays.
- No smoking and no pets.
